Merry Christmas: Family Update

Merry Christmas! What a fun day. I can't believe it's already here! We are celebrating our fourth Christmas in our wonderful house. We are so greatful to have it, and so greatful to have such a wonderful neighborhood to live in. I thought I'd take a minute to update everyone on our family.

Mike is still working at Lone Peak Companies. He is a manager of everything now. He and the other managers have become jacks-of-all-trades due to the recession. We are so greatful that he can work there, and hope our good fortune can continue.

Nicole is almost done with her online schooling. I have 800 transcriptions and a final to complete before March. That's like 14 a day. Oh my! I might need an extension. We'll keep our fingers crossed that I can get it done. I am enjoying staying at home with my kids. I LOVE being able to be here for the little things. I also watch a couple neighbor kids during the week, and my kids love to have them around.

Zeke (6) is really enjoying kindergarten. He's very responsible, and gets a kick out of me coming in to read in his class. He loved the gingerbread men that they made, and then ran away. I'm sure he'll really enjoy the leprechaun too.

Jack (3 1/2) is my fireball. He loves getting into trouble (really), and loves to snuggle. He is going to start going to pre-school next month. Hopefully some structure will get rid of some of that energy. :)He loves playing with his little sister, and torturing the cat.

Elsie (1) is such a joy. She is so happy, and affetionate. She loves snuggling her babies and stuffed animals. She's really sweet to the cat, who is in turn sweet to her. She enjoys dancing, trying to talk, and learning new things.

We are so greatful for this time of year. We have been blessed in so many ways. We hope that you are all well. and enoying this wonderful day.

  2. Hey! What company/school are you doing your trascription schooling through? Can you email me and let me know? I am seriously into trying Career Step ... any suggestions?
