I was trying to get to sleep, but couldn't. I decided to get up and blog about my Grandma. She passed away Dec, 7 2008. One year ago today. I have been thinking about her all day, and now that I'm alone I can't stop crying. I miss her so much. When my dad passed away she and I became pen pals. Until I was old enough to pay for my own phone and call her on a weekly basis. Her and Mike share the same birthday. When I told her we were getting married she said, "The most wonderful people in the world were born on Sep 4. She was right. This picture was taken in 2006. It wasn't the last time she saw my boys, but unfortunately I don't have any pics of her from our last visit. We saw her in July when I was pregnant with Elsie. When we found out we were having a girl she was so excited. She said, "Everyone needs a little girl." She passed away the day that we blessed Elsie. She was such a wonderful lady. I miss her very much. We talk about her a lot so the boys won't forget her. It will be so wonderful to see her again.

I am so sorry that she is no longer here. I know your reunion will be a very sweet moment for both of you. :)
