Sand Dunes

Mike's Dad and brother were out at the sand dunes this weekend. Since it is one of Mike's favorite things to do we decided to head out for a few hours. It was hot and sandy and since I had the baby with us I didn't really do anything. Everyone else had a blast though, and got really dirty.

Mike took the kids on a couple different walks looking for lizards. He and Zeke came across an animal track and Mike said, "Looks like rabbit tracks." Zeke responded, "I think it's a squirrel or a chipmunk." They looked up the dune and there was a little chipmunk sitting on it. Too funny.

Mike and I started a no bread, no sugar diet today. Hopefully we can get into some sort of shape. Wish us luck. We are going to need it. ;)

Good luck! No bread and sugar is very ambitious! I couldn't do it. I'm starting to train for a 5K in november ... I'm hoping that will help me lose the weight. Good luck!
