Before I start, I wanted to say happy birthday to my niece Shayne! I can't believe she is 17. I was 10 when she was born and she was like a little sister to me. She is going to come visit us this summer and we are all so excited!!
Zeke has sure had an eventful week. Coach Pitch Baseball has just started for him. He decided last year that he liked baseball more than soccer. Jack will be doing soccer in the fall for the first time. Wednesday was Zeke's first game. I was worried about him hitting the ball, but he was able to hit one every time he was up to bat. The wind was absolutely terrible during the game, but the kids did really well anyways.
Here is a little video of Zeke's first time up at bat.
Last night Zeke finally lost that tooth that has been loose for over a month now. When I was little I couldn't leave a loose tooth alone until I got it out. He was really apprehensive to let me anywhere near it. Finally I got it to come most of the way out last night and he finished it off. It's funny how different they look without a tooth. The hole is so big! I can't wait for his adult teeth to come in so I can see what they will look like.
