On October 30th 2003, after 11 hours of labor, Zeke came screaming into our lives. He was born at 8:36 pm on the night before Halloween. His arrival interrupted a Halloween party and everyone showed up in their costumes to come see him. He was 8 lb 8oz and 19 inches long. I was delightfully suprised that it didn't take me as long as they thought to get him here. The doctor was sure he would be a halloween baby. It snowed that afternoon and it was my first experience with REAL snow. We had just moved to Utah the July before I had him. Mike was a wreck throughout the whole labor. A trend that would continue with our others. I think he was hoping that I wouldn't die, but didn't want to say anything. :) It is weird to think that it has been 8 years since we had him. He will be getting Baptized next Saturday. I am still in shock that he is old enough. He starts Scouts this week too and he is so excited! It's weird how fast time flies and how amazing he has turned out to be.
Yesterday we had our annual costume party for Zeke's birthday! The Sumsion family hosted. It was so nice for me because I have had a busy couple of weeks.Little baby L inside Lindsays Tummy! Too cute!
Since Nicholas was a frog I was his lilly pad.
I am so proud of Zeke. He is such a wonderful kid. I can't wait to post next week with his baptism pictures. :) Love you buddy.
