The Big 3

I can't believe how fast our little Princess is growing up. She turned 3 today. She is getting to that stage where she realizes that she can't have everything that she wants. It is tough at times, but she still can be very sweet. 

We had her birthday party last night at Grandma Stokers. It was so fun! She usually shares a party with her brother, but not this time. It was all pink and all for her. She got some really awesome presents. I love little girl things. They are all so cute.

Some things we love about Elsie...
She is a very good little Mommy and helps me out with the baby a lot.
She loves her brothers even though they torture her a little.
She wants everything to be pink. Pink school, pink presents, etc.
She is a fast learner and absolutely LOVES books.
Her hair is totally curly and I love it. It is too fun and since I never learned how to curl hair it helps a lot.
She plays well with others and by herself.

We are so very blessed to have her in our family. I hope having 3 brothers will be a fun adventure instead of a nightmare for her. :) It could go either way.

A crazy side note...One of my best friends since grade-school had her first baby on Elsie's birthday 2 years ago. She had her second baby today! Now Elsie shares a birthday with both of her kids. So fun! I wish they lived closer. I want to go squeeze that 10 lb 6 ounce baby. Congrats Marcy!
