This weekend Mike and I got to get away without our kids. It is the first time we have been somewhere with just the two of us since our honeymoon. Judy and her family watched our little ones. They had so much fun over there. It was strange being able to go wherever we wanted together. I even went with Mike into all the gas stations just because I could with nobody to watch in the car. I did miss the little ones loads though. Ryan and Jayme came too. We got to go to the Temple even. Thanks Judy for letting us have a much needed break.
Las Vegas Temple.
We picked Las Vegas because it is so warm and so close. We didn't do any gambling, but had loads (and I mean loads) of food, shopping, and a movie. (Percy Jackson was very good) We took advantage of the 70 degree weather and sat outside by the pool. When we got home it was 35 degrees cooler.
Yay good for you guys! this weekend was our first together without Angela (well for a few hours anyway). We had so much fun just walking through Wal-Mart together! Crazy the things you miss.
