Zeke is SIX

Can you believe it? Why is it that the years go by so fast when you have children? Six years ago I was sitting in a hospital anxiously awaiting our first baby. I remember that it snowed for the first time that year while I was in labor, and everyone showed up in their costumes to see him that night. So much has changed since then. It's fun to have Zeke be the big brother to all our other children.

Fun things about Zeke

He loves to build things.

He's extremely particular about how his built things look. With Legos he has to have the same color lego in the same spot on each side.

He loves movies, just like his dad.

He's extremely responsible.

He will let people know when something is inappropriate. (Usually by covering his eyes )

He's really good about getting things for me. That was always nice when I've had sleeping babies on my lap.

He would ride his bike all day.

He loves the snow. He loves getting all dressed up and playing in it until he's numb.

We're so glad that Zeke is in our family. It's so fun to have a child that can read, and understand most things. The best part about him being older is that he isn't a problem to take to the store :) Happy Birthday Zeke!
